Lets see... so far so good today
1 CF DDP
1 bottle water
1 SB snack bar
1 cup Kashi Go Lean crunch w/ 1/2 cup skim milk
4 slices mini eggplant pizzette (sliced 1/2 inch thin, w/ SF suace, canadian bacon, mozz cheese and parmesean YUM!)
handful of nuts
1/2 a nectarine

breakfast: yogurt and 10 almonds (eggs and cereal all gone until I did groceries later)
snack: cheese string and cherries
lunch: salad with grilled chicken
snack: s/f hot chocolate (milk, splenda, cocoa)
supper: 1/2 cup brown rice, broccoli, lean grilled steak
treat: s/f popsicle and s/f whole grain cookie (just trying something new from the organic aisle...ick...bad for tummy issues, but good tasting at the time!)
I stuck to my menu today and had
Kashi with milk and v-8
2 Turkey slices and cucumbers
A Gardenburger, salad with yellow peppers and cantaloupe
T of peanut butter and apple slices
Pork Tenderloin, salad and cauliflower with milk
