Well, it seems my appetite has stteadily increased in the last 14-18 days... which I readily blamed on my first Post-partum AF but Af is gone - has been for a couple days and I still feel like I am overeating!!
Today has been pretty decent I guess:
4 scrambled eggs w/ zucchini, orange pepper, mushroom, tomato and mozz cheese
2-3 small oranges (really small - was sharing them with Abigail)
3 strawberries
normal serving of chicken creole
1 bowl kashi go lean w/ skim milk
2 bottles water
1 Diet Dr Pepper
1/2 cup no sugar added ice cream
For the record I do normally eat 4 meals (9,12,3,7)
Dinner is baked seasoned pork chops (lean) and garden veggies)
Feel free to pick apart the menu for the day.... open to anything that will curb the MAJOR sugar cravings I am having today (which is why I went with the bowl of ice cream that I wouldn't normally eat until snack after dinner)

When I make scrambled eggs, I use one egg and then 1 portion egg white (from a carton) . It makes a lot, less fat and cholesterol but still filling.
Eggs aside - I usually always have increased hunger and craving for sugar about one week prior to my cycle. Could that be a trigger for you J?

Wow, ok, didn't know that!!
I will get egg beaters and do the one egg and then add that stuff - and I've started adding MORE veggies to my eggs in the morning too!!
This morning I didn't have eggs at all - I had 1/2 a buckwheat waffle and it filled me up - no syrup or anything just ate the waffle (which was 3/4 grain serving) and I am just now getting around to lunch!! (Has some strawberries for snack)
Train up a child according to his bent...
That's interesting, I never realized eggs were linked to sugar cravings.
