meal plan for this week

Here's my plan for this week:
I always make some variation of eggs/veggies for bkfst (oatmeal for the kids), usually have leftovers or a deli meat/lettuce wrap on ww tortilla or salad for lunch
here's the suppers:
sunday -- deli chicken, roasted broccoli, veggie salad
monday -- mexican penne, cottage cheese, veggie salad
tuesday -- steak strips roasted peppers &onions w/ bleu chz on tortillas , cucumber salad( ww tortellini and broccoli for the kids)
wednesday -- 20 min chx creole, brown rice, 3 bean salad
thursday -- black bean cakes w/ guacamole (not sure I'm going to put the really spicy peppers in this) veggie salad, probably mac and chz for kids this night
fri -- pork chops, sweet potato fries, veggie salad
sat -- out
I can switch any night around I feel like, and we usually go out to eat on Tues. nights.
I can't promise to post my plans every week. But I just found out that I have new motivation to be a very faithful meal planner (check my latest journal entry.....)
