Starting Phase 2...quick question

So I am starting phase 2 today and yes I did read Cathy's starting Phase 2 post.
Quick question (trying to simply summarize it for myself)
So I should still be having 4.5 veggies a day?
How many "carb" servings can I have? (is it like the fruit where week 1 I get to have one serving; week 2 = 2 servings?)
Still with the 1-2 servings of dairy?

Hi,
Yes, still 4 1/2 cups of veggies.
This week you get to have 1 grain serving and 1 fruit serving working yourself up to 3 grains and 3 fruits by week 3.
You can have up to 3 dairy servings in phase 2.
