GAIN weight??!!!
I've been through a lot lately (with my brother), and I am stunned as to what the scale says....in tears actually....but perhaps there is a physiological reason for this? (other than pigging out - which I haven't been doing at all!)
Throughout the past four weeks I have also been exercising at least 4-5 times a week for an hour each workout. I followed the SB Phase 2 as best as I could during this time period as we were travelling from hospitals etc.- but no crazy wavering (like chocolate bars, or chips, or other junk)
Can anyone shed some light on this?
Thanks,
Christina

Aw, I'm sorry you're having such a tough time of it lately. :(
Stress can do crazy things to us and it can have an affect on metabolism and cause weight gain. I know it's hard, but I would focus on what you are already doing with healthy eating and exercising. I would also be sure to get adequate sleep and maybe even try some relaxation techniques like breathing exercises, meditation, and/or yoga.
Just do your best to get through this and I'm sure things will improve soon. Let us know if you need us and feel free to vent.
Big Hugs,
