I think today was an "OK" day???

Here's my menu -

1 bowl Fiber One w/ skim milk (look, mom! no eggs!!)
3 cheese sticks (over the course of the day)
1 sandwich - turkey, avocado, no fat mayo on SF WW bread
1 banana w/ peanut butter
3 fat strawberries
chunk of Jennie-O seasoned chicken breast (all white meat)
5-6 cups of sauteed veggies - orange, red pepper, mushrooms, tomato, zuchinni
3/4 cup NSA ice cream (shared w/ my kids)

2 Caffeine Free Diet Dr Peppers
4 bottles of water - 2 w/ crystal light

And... 3.5 hours of dancing - OMG I cannot move - in the last class... I could do head, shoulders, knees... but NOT TOES!! hahahaha

Ok, I looked and it's called Miracle Whip Free Nonfat Dressing and it does have 2 g sugar... does the reduced fat one have no sugar??

Good tip! Thanks! It's almost gone so I'll get the reduced fat when I go shopping on Thursday!

ANother good thing about the day... it's 8:45 and while I went back for seconds on dinner since I ate at 6:15... I just got a small amount of chicken and the rest of my veggies and I'm stuffed!

Sucking down another bottle of water!!
