Meal plan for this week

Meal planning, actually sitting down getting it done, making sure the recipes were printed, the shopping list made, and all was sitting on the counter all week simplified my life this week. I ended up having three migraines but never had to call my DH and ask him to take on supper for me. I may not have eaten it, but on the bad days, I made the easy meals -- the SUPER easy meals. Plus, I like it being flexible I had a list of meals availabe that I knew I had all the stuff to cook -- but I wasn't tied to this this night, etc. SO! I can't change certain things, but I can adapt my life to make it more livable in spite of the things that aren't changing (got it?!). That sounds like progress.

Here's what's on deck for next week, in no particular order:

salmon burgers, yummy black bean salad
steak strips/pepper strips/bleu chz wraps (did not make these last week), Greek quinoa salad
zuchini/onion/red pepper stir fry with ww pasta and chx, fresh cuke and tomato salad
chx fajitas, brown rice, sliced veggies
ww pizza, salad

Here's to next week!!

Teresa
(I think my weight made some permanent downward progress, too)
