Okay, so I measured my cereal this morning and I was eating a little more than 1 cup rather than 1/2 cup, so I scaled that back. (I know I've been over on my grain servings for a while) and dairy is 2-3 CUPS right?

7:15am
1/2 cup Fiber One
1 cup skim milk

then later on I was hungry still so..

9:15am
1 real egg
2 Egg Beater eggs (which I LOVE)
1 cup shredded zucchini
almost 1 cup chopped orange pepper
1/2 cup shredded mozz
(all scrambled together and dashed w/ garlic salt)

4 sliced strawberries
1 bottle water w/ crystal light

Is this good? I mean I know it's not bad... just working on my revamp.

I think it's great. Basically all you did was switch your snack & main meal.

Generally I eat breakfast--egg scramble at 6:45 am

Snack between 9-10am

Lunch at 12

Snack at 3

Dinner between 6-7

I think snack then real breakfast is going to be a good way for me to go - I want breakfast to be my biggest meal - but I can't really eat a BIG meal first thing... then I was snacking too much.

Why it never occurred to me that fiber one w/ skim milk could be my snack.. I don't know! lol
