Is this type of oatmeal legal? The main ingredient is whole grain rolled oats and it uses sucralose as the sweetener. The total carbs is 29g, with 6 being dietary fiber, 4 being soluble fiber & 1 being sugar (sweetened with Splenda & non-nutritive sweeteners). On the side of the box, it says "each oatmeal package contains a one-ounce equivalent of whole grains). I just found this on our shelf, guessing I've had it since before SBD & am wondering if I can still eat it. What do you think?

The official word on this oatmeal from the South Beach nutritionists is "No."

Thank you. Just thought I'd ask since I found it in the back of the cupboard ^_^ I'm sure it would be another trigger for me since it's flavored. I'll stick with regular oatmeal for now, if I choose to have any.
