Need a breakdown of P2 servings/day

I sent my book back to the library weeks ago, and it seems like this board has more up-to-date info anyway. As much as I hate counting and measuring my foods, I think I need a breakdown of how many servings of each food group I'm supposed to be eating each day.
I know 2-3 servings of fruit and 3 servings of grain (I think I remember that right) and 4-5 veggies, but what about meats, dairy and nuts (what food group are they in anyway?)
And also, I know that the servings marked on the nutritional info can be overblown, so what is a SBD serving of each food group. I know that grains is 30g, but not sure of the others.
Sorry if this was already posted somewhere - I looked quickly but didn't find it.
