Hello, all. I had an Amy's burrito for lunch today--300 cal. 9 Fat grams 43 g carbs 1 sugar 6 fiber. I counted it as a grain because of the whol.e wheat tortilla and was wondering if it is in deed sbd legal. Is it? Also, what specifics do I look for when deciding if a food is legal(fiber, calories, sugars, etc) I know noit to have trans fats for hydrogenated or partially hydrogenated anything in it and no high fructose corn syrup and all that. If the ingredient list is sbd okay, what am I looking for on the food label to make sure it's okay. Gosh, I hope I said all that the right way. you guys have been very helpful so far. thanks.

Where do you find these? Frozen food section? I'd love a legal quick burrito to have on hand for emergencies.

I have such a hard time finding so many foods in my small hometown. Unfortunately most of the surrounding towns are small as well. Our "grocery" store (more like a hole in the wall :)) is not very good about following through with a request . . .

All of my grocery stores carry Amy's burritos in the freezer section.

Thanks for responding, but what I want to know is other than having legal ingredients, should i have a certain # of fiber, a certain amt of carbs/sugars, and a certain amt of calories and fat. What's the sbd guidelines for those things if there are any?

There are no guidelines for this type of food.
