a little too much snacking

Well, I'm at the end of my 12th week and had a couple of little problems this week! It was/is TOM week and this is the first time that I have been this hungry -- I mean really, really hungry. And, this was my second "cheat" in 12 weeks -- not proud of it, but wow, I sure am doing better than I did 4 months ago.
So, indulged in some extra snacking, but at least all products were legal products -- no candy, ice cream or chocolate. I had some extra nut servings for 2 nights (boy those almonds were good) and also went through a box of WW crackers in 2 days. . . . I think it was the salt my body was craving as those were the things that tasted the best. I did try not to eat "mindlessly" -- I was really hungry, in fact, haven't been that hungry since I started.
I really hate it when I have a weak monent . . . but 4 months ago it would have been 1/2 gallon of ice cream with chocolate covered peanuts on the side and then something else for tv snacking! So, while still a cheat, what a difference changing your eating habits for the better can make in things!

It's okay! You are supposed to eat when you are hungry and you chose from the Foods to Enjoy list. Better choices would be a snack that includes a protein and a veggie. It would keep you satisfied longer. It sounds like you went over your nut and grain limits, but you didn't stray from the plan.
Hope you're feeling better!
