I have been hungry all day long and not really paying attention but kept trying not to eat too much and I don't actually know why... I am about to write down everything I've eaten and I don't think it's very much!! lol Distracted today I guess.
1 cup Fiber One w/ skim milk
1 scrambled egg (if that - my monsters scarfed my 2 eggs 2 egg beaters really fast)
1 banana with peanut butter
1 sandwich - SF WW bread (2 slices) w/ avocado, turkey, cheese, reduced fat mayo
1 large peach
2 CFDDP
3 bottles water (1 w/ crystal light)
I've been HORRIBLE about my veggies... I need to get a bag of salad for every day of the week to make it easier.
My tummy has been upset today too - just a little and I'm having a bloated, fattish day "feeling" wise, mild cramps and spotting - but AF was last week. I don't know!!!

I know what you mean about trying to not eat too much! I have days where I, like you, just seem to be hungrier than usual. I have been trying to eat a bigger breakfast so that I don't eat as much the rest of the day. The days that I seem to follow phase 2 to a "T" I feel like I have overeat because I've tried so hard to get in all that I am supposed to have. UGH!
You definitely don't look like you overdid your eating today. Like you noted, you were short on your veggies. Do you think this will stall your weight loss? What has been your experience in the past?
Here's what I had today, let me know what you think?
3/4 cup SBD cereal w/ff milk
1 cup SF choc/ ff milk
1 strip bacon
1 veggie quiche cup
1 apple w/laughing cow cheese
1 can tuna w/ mayo & celery
1.5 cup salad w/ SBD dressing
Mozz cheese stick
1/2 cup mocha ricotta creme
1 cup G. Beans
2 deviled eggs
cucumber & tomato slices
sm. helping red potatoes
Of course, I blew supper tonite because my husband wanted some cornbread with his supper tonite and I couldn't resist the temptation, I ate a small piece. I just feel so "guilty". I wait until the end of the day to give in to the temptation!
