I went to the store this am and grabbed a few things I'm hoping are P2 friendly. A box of Weight Watchers Cinnamon Cluster Crunch Cereal? our small town store didn't have any of the DB cereals. and then Bakers Wheat 100% whole wheat bread?it did have 3g of sugar per serving/slice. I still have alot of reading to do 2night as far has how to slowly add the good carbs but I'm hoping alternating days on these two items will be a good start, as well as 1 pc of fruit a day (probably nectarine and banana's alternating) hope it's a good plan, if not let me know what I need to adjust!!!
