Fruit & increased appetite?

Hi, I have been lurking here a while, but don't post often. This is my second week of phase 2, and I added a grain last week, and added a fruit this week. Last week was fine, but this week, I have had a small granny smith apple with a cheese stick for my morning snack and it seems like I am full but I can't stop eating.
Not craving sweets, really, and I try to be good by eating salad greens topped with a tablespoon of fat free cottage cheese, or stuff like that but really I would like to feel satisfied when I am finished eating.
Has anyone had problems like this when they added fruit back into their diet?

You have to play around with fruits; Granny Smith apples always tend to me hungry.
I'm not sure about your wording...as this is your SECOND week of phase two you ARE having TWO fruits AND TWO grains each day right?
Week one of phase 2 you add one of EACH.

It's okay to start Phase 2 by adding only one good carb per week. Here's how:
The Most Cautious Approach:
Q: How should I go about adding fruits and grains back into my diet during Phase 2?
A:
I added a piece of whole grain toast with breakfast, or a bowl of cereal for breakfast, and it helps me feel full longer I think. The breakfast grain is working so well for me.
I know it's the apple though, because I skipped it yesterday and didn't feel like I couldn't stop eating at all. I am 40 years old and I never knew that certain foods caused me to react like that, and eat more. I think it's really interesting.
I am tempted to skip the fruit altogether, to tell you the truth, but I know I need to switch around and see what works. Maybe in the afternoon from now on, though...

No, I added one grain last week, and one fruit this week. I thought it was OK to do it a bit more slowly like that, in case you had trouble with one or the other, you would know which one...

See, I am a bit confused about that. I thought it was 2-3 servings of carbs per day, which I thought was fruit and grains together, like 1 grain & 2 fruits for example. But some say 2 or 3 servings of grain PLUS 2 or 3 servings of fruit.
So which is it?
