What cold cereals are OK?

Alright, after I ate the gravel, I mean Kashi go lean crunch, and felt all proud of myself for not eating the Weight Watchers Cinnamon cluster crunch that I had bought, then you all go and burst my bubble!!LOL!! But I looked and your right! Too much sugar just like the Cinnamon cluster one.  I was so proud I found one with enough fiber! But I do wonder if it's why I've felt snacky a bit more.  So My very supportive DH just said he's confiscating it from me, that the squirrels weren't on a diet and could have all the sugar they wanted!!LOL!!

So what cold cereals do meet the requirements?!? are there south beach brand cereals as well? I'm going into the big town tomorrow (our local store doesn't carry anything extra so to speak) and see what SB brand stuff I can find that may help a bit.

Thank for any input ladies!! and thank you for pointing out the sugar content, I was so hung up on the fiber I missed that one! That's why you're here and are so wonderful!!

Hi Jenell,

I personally like Kashsi Go Lean (not crunch) or Fiber One Honey Clusters.

About the only cold cereal I ever eat is the Kashi 7 Grain Nuggests (like Grape Nuts). I believe Grape Nuts are actually legal, too, but Kashi has more "exotic" grains, too. DH often uses it on his yogurt.

Hey Nell- you will like the Fiber One honey clusters if you can find it.

I think the Kashi nuggets are on the low end of "good" for fiber.
