How do I proceed if I stalled on P2

I just finished my first week of P2 and I believe when I step on the scale tomorrow morning there will be a stall if not a 1-2lbs gain. I have just done some awesome sb friendly grocery shopping so the confusion of good grains to add should be a bit better this week. But what now?
Do I stay with 1gr and 1fruit for another week? or would you go ahead and go 2 grains, 1 fruit, or 2 fruits 1 grain, or all the way and 2 of each? I really don't think I have a feel of what triggered my cravings yet. This morning with my cheerios (low fiber count I know!) and my fruit in the early AM I actually never got cravings, not like I did when I had my fruit in the afternoon. But I've always been a heavy evening snacker so I think it triggered it at a bad time of the day for me. I'm going to stick with my grain and fruit in the am and see if it continues to work and keep the veggies as my snacks in the afternoon. So I was thinking one more week of 1 of each? what do you think?
