Night Worker needs help!

Good morning all you lovely SBDr's!
I just started working and I am working 12 hr nite shifts. Should I do the bulk of my eating at nite?
For instance: ate "breakfast" at 5PM before work; "lunch" was a frozen SBD meal at midnite and snack of apple and string cheese. Will eat a big salad when I get off at 7:30 am and then to bed for some needed sleep!
Does this sound like a plan? I still need to get my milk in tho and a grain. I am on phase 2. Already having some tummy upsets as my body adjusts to this different shift.
