Chinese restaurant menu input needed

We're planning to eat at this restaurant Saturday night. DH and I are both concerned about whether we can pretty much stay within plan here, though. They have a 'low carb' section that has some healthier options, but I wanted to get advice about the rest of the menu. We're just looking for two entrees to share. The last time I requested brown rice from this place they wouldn't serve it because we were there with the pre-theatre dinner rush. That's the same timing we'll be with again, so I don't know if they will do it or not. If not, I'll just skip the rice.
Thanks for any advice you can give; we may end up going somewhere else if this one is going to be too tough for me. The scale hasn't been moving much, so I don't want to blow things with one meal...it's not worth it!

I feel your pain! I just ate Chinese Friday night, and while my husband ordered his usual, I opted for shrimp and broccoli, which I had steamed, and had the garlic sauce on the side which I used very little of (just dipped now and then).
I eat a lot of Chinese, because it is easy to get as takeout where we live and the restaurants I like are very accommodating.
Joy,
I love Shun Lee and haven't been there in years.
Cathy -- You can appreciate my dilemma...I really want to go to Shun Lee, but part of me doesn't want to because if I can't fully enjoy it, then why go??
Thanks, ladies...since starting SBD I don't think I've had Chinese food at all!
Just wanted to pop in to say hope you have a great time out, whatever you decide to do!!! I'll be checking your journal!!!
