Holy Crap I'm sore!!!

I did my first rec center Pilates class this morning 9:35-10:30 and OMG I'm already so sore I am walking funny!!!
Beginner's Pilates my ass!! - EXACTLY. rofl
I'm going again on Thursday and my $$ is on a weight gain this week. You watch - never fails that I gain weight the weeks I exercise.



You might gain weight this week but in the long run, you'll lose weight so much faster and look so much better and toned with exercise.
But its a GOOD sore, isn't it?!! LOL! NOT!
I know what you mean though. I've been doing a Zumba dance class for one hour and WOW! Talk about a work-out!
And yup, you'll probably gain weight this week from some water retention in those sore sore muscles. But like the previous posted said, you'll feel better in the long run!

Hey ladies!
I didn't gain this week - stayed the same but I do feel good!! ;-)
I decided to add 30 minutes of cardio after my pilates class - it's the only time I'll be AT the gym so we'll see how it goes!
Sorry to hijack --- but Doreen, I'm really curious about the Zumba classes.
