Starting P2 - Can't get the hang of this

I've popped in before and tried and failed on P1. So, after reading alot on the board, I've decided to start in P2. I don't know if I can do this...I crave junk food. Even if I go several days without it, I'll binge on something...actually go out of my way to buy candy or chips and eat ALL of it!
I'd appreciate any adivce and some comments on what I've had today so far:
B: 1 egg, MS breakfast patty, 1/2 slice lf american cheese, V8
S: smoothie - 1/2 cup plain ff yogurt, 1 cup soy milk, 1/2 large banana, splenda
L: tuna salad (w/ lf may & celery) on ww english muffin with 2 tomato slices and 1 slice lf american
Now, I feel like I NEED something sweet.
HELP!

...and you can have something sweet!
Two pieces of advice -
1) eat more - I had to work hard to eat bigger breakfasts but it really does help!!!
2) get some no sugar added ice cream 1/2 cup totally legal and wow does it make all the difference!!!
Your menu looks good.
I have a huge sweet tooth. But I do not feel like I have really give up anything on South Beach and I never feel deprived because I have found a healthy substitute for almost everything I crave. I've had desert EVERY single night since starting South Beach almost 3 years ago. There are so many options.
