Because I live over an hour away from work and traffic is horrible I have to leave my house 2 hours early and I don't have time in the morning to make breakfast and sometimes I forget my lunch. Are there any frozen entrees that i can purchase that meet the requirements? Has anyone tried any that can give me their opinion? I was thinking of stacking up on a few from TJ's.

My dh has a 2 hr commute in the morning (plus a 2 hr commute on the way home after a 14 hr day)

Probably his favorite thing to do for breakfast is to make breakfast burritos on Sunday night for the week. We bag them individually and he just pops it in the microwave for about 2min and then eats it in the car. We put egg, cheese, salsa, ham, peppers, etc. on a whole wheat tortilla. Another thing we do is to make a big batch of baked oatmeal, cut it into squares, bag it and then he just heats and eats in the car again. It also works with muffins.

South Beach makes a pre-packed frozen breakfast burrito, but I found them to be VERY bland and kind of watery.

Also, you might want to think outside the box.
