Okay - 4.5 cups

OMG - interrupting this post to tell you all that Deklan just brought me a tub of butter and a banana. lol

Anyway - 4.5 cups of veggies a day.

How many "cups" is one morning star veggie patty? A morning star veggie dog???

I want credit people!!! I know, I should just eyeball it and plan to overshoot the 4.5 cups but it's tough for me to get in the veggies so it the veggie dog counts as a full cup (or more?)- I want to know!!!

I'm not 100% sure on this, but I'm pretty sure they are considered proteins and don't count towards the veggie requirement. But I could be wrong.

Yes, beans are unusual in that they are protein and vegetable.
