How'd I do?

Was at the mall last night and had a fruit smoothie -- asked the guy to not put sugar in it, but a banana. He said *all* that was in it was raspberries, lemon juice (not lemonade), the banana and ice cubes. I shared it with my kids, it was delicious!!!
Didn't seem to trigger any cravings....Was the only fruit I had yesterday.
Did I do okay?

Hmmm - I'd have to question him on the fact that there was no liquid in it? Most are made with some type of juice or milk - other wise it would be the consistency of pureed fruit. And there is no way they could put enough lemon juice in it to be the only liquid (well they COULD, but a cup or more of straight lemon juice would make for a VERY sour smoothie!)
I used to be able to get smoothies at my gym in CA made with Crystal Light in place of the juice. Haven't found any other place that doesn't use juice in their smoothies.

I was suspicious of the raspberries, because they looked soupy.
I have no idea! lol
Clueless once again.
I get brain freeze so I steer clear of icees! ;-)
