Steel cut oats - who knew?

Wow. So good.
I did 1/3 + 2tsp of oats and 1.75 cups milk and cooked it on the stove per the directions...
Then sweetened it just a touch with some splenda and WOW I ate the entire pot of it!!! It was so incredibly good!!!
Who else eats this?

Picked up the can at the grocery store today and thought about it.
THey filled me up big time, too. That's always good!!!
I'd use some peanut butter but I still got the wrong kind!! lol
I've been SBDing it for 2 years but have been eating Irish Oats for at least 6, maybe longer than 7 because I seem to recall taking it to work with me before ds was born and he is almost 8.
I buy it from the bulk bins at the grocery store (Whole Foods or our locally-owned Whole Foods type stores).
You need to have a carb competitor with it to slow down the digestion.
