Planned these out and bought all the stuff Saturday morning (before the bake athon began...)
Chx tortilla soup served with guacamole and home-made ww tortilla chips
SB chx tetrazzini, roasted cauliflaur (I can never spell cauliflour the same way twice...)
Medt. meatloaf with MA's green beans
Salmon in a bag (never got to that last week, salmon still in the freezer), brown rice, salad
Homemade ww pizza, salad
Hmmm. That's only five meals, I bettter come up with one more!!

Here's my plan, order to be determined:
Whole wheat pasta with tomato, beef and olive sauce, heirloom tomato salad
Chicken in roasted pepper pesto, pan seared broccoli
Braised pork tenderloin with salsa and black beans, roasted green beans and red peppers
Take out from the health food restaurant at the gym: either stir fried chicken with veggies over brown rice or spinach salad with salmon
I seem to be short a night, but I made a huge pan of the pasta sauce so I think we'll be fine.
Lunches have been the real challenge for me lately.
Most of my meals are more thrown together than made from recipes.

Yum! The soba salad sounds like a great enhancer for leftover chicken.
Ooooh tetrazini, have not had that in awhile! Usually make turkey w/ Thanksgiving leftovers!
My week:
Monday: Shredded Chicken Quesadillas with peppers and onions, lf sour cream, fresh salsa
Tuesday: Oregano Chicken, w/w spaghetti, spinach salad w/ garlic vinaigrette
Wednesday: Crockpot Red Beans and Rice
Thursday: Homemade Mac and Cheese (lf cheese, w/w pasta), Steamed Broccoli
Friday: w/w pizza with turkey pepperoni, roasted peppers and fresh spinach
