If you have not tried these, do!

I am never going back to slow cook oats, these are so much tastier and keep me full for hours and hours.  And I cook them overnight in the crock pot and then throw in what you need for however you want it flavored and bkfst is ready!!!!

I am not a morning person, so the fewer decisions facing me in the kitchen at 6:30, the better!!

Yep, I just tried these for the first time last week. I went the long cooking route, but they were entirely worth the effort!!! Had mine with some blueberries and cinnamon. And I was full forever!!! 1/4 cup makes a ton!!!

My favorite new way to have them is with penaut butter, splenda & sliced banana (think I got that idea from Cathy). That's what I had for breakfast today, in fact!

That's the way I'm going to try them next. I've always been a huge fan of peanut butter and banana together!!!

I wouldn't leave them in milk overnight in the crockpot.
