I usually have 1 day of it where all i want to do is eat...sometimes it involves choclate and sometimes it doesn't. But if I want to eat that day , I eat...Mind you usually I just eat the foods I am supposed to eat, except I eat more of them. then I just get bk on track the next day. Last month I ate almost an entire bag of acceptable pretzals on that food frenzy day...i don't normally even buy them, but i wanted them , so I gave in. I figured better to eat too much of something approved than to eat any part of anything not approved. The other thing i do is to get worhter's sf candies...they taste fabulous and ease my sweet cravings...

Seriously though, I just allowed myself to go over on sweet treats. I made them legal but I knew that I'd go over. It only lasted a day or two so it wasn't so bad.

I try to drink plenty of hot green tea, with more than usual amount of splenda for the sweet craving.
For the salty craving, I tend to use more salt on my veggies.
Therefore I tend to have a lot of water weight around the TOM - ugh.
I struggle with this too!...
I try to keep legal versions of the junk I want....: )
I am still trying to manage it.
Peanut Butter is the only thing that helps me during TOM.
