Ha Ha I'm going for lame discussion title of the year. =)
So far this *morning* I've eaten --
1/3 c steel cut oats w/blueberries
3 long celery stalks with cashew butter
2 red leaf and turkey roll ups w/ mustard
probably have sampled a quarter cup or more of the chx soup I've got going.
herbal tea (blueberry)
water water water
Its just that time of the month. I am so determined to stick to my hypoallergenic guidelines, so I'm just eating from those lists.
And eating and eating and eating.
AF, where are you?
T.

Amen, T !!! I'm pretty lucky in that I think the 'hungry bus' thing only happens to me every once in a while...definitely not every month.
May I say that I am so proud of you for sticking to your new diet!!! You can do this, T...we all have faith in you. When it's all over and you've learned your trigger foods, it will all be worth it!!!
Stay strong, k??? We're all cheering you on!!!

Okay, here I go again, the big piggy of the board I think, but I have eaten that much or more most every day by this time!!! LOL
Today, I can't decide WHAT I want to eat - I've had some turkey breakfast sausage, way too many trisquits w/ creamy spinach and artichoke dip and some cheese, one bite of the kid's snack brownie and some diet pepsi.
I should take a page from your book and go hit the water pretty hard before lunch!!!
I'm the same way around TOM, too...which could be dangerous, since I'll be out of town on my own this weekend, and I think TOM will be along for the ride...I'll have to pack lots of snacks!
Hang in there Teresa!
Thank you for the gold star, I accept.
=)
Thank you, I am trying to stay strong.
I went to a scrapbooking day on Sat -- and took my own food.
Thanks, Cathy, its Jennie's example.
It just seemed like an awful lot at the time.
