DYK At this point, I would love a fence??? But right now, I can't afford it??? Fencing in the extra area of our backyard for a garden (to keep the golf carts, 4 wheelers, motorcycles and deer out), cost $1800.

DYK Maybe a wooden privacy fence wouldn't look too bad back there???

DYK We live out in the county...no city limits out here. And the county could care less about property encroachment.

DYK I wouldn't mind selling him the land, if he wanted it. Bruce doesn't want to do that, tho. I think he just wants to 'pretend' like it belongs to him. Bruce has talked to him about moving stuff already several times. It just goes in one ear and out the other. We can't even get him to pay the $60 he owes us for the invisible fence repairs. So I guess charging him rent is out of the question too...!!!

DYK I don't even think we have mentioned the invisible fence problem to him??? We have picked our battles, I guess you could say??? We noticed after he first moved in that he had set the boundaries of his invisible fence onto our side yard. Then we noticed his dogs could actually come over onto our side yard without getting zapped. Yes, he could definitely change his invisible fence boundaries. Ours are set just inside our property line. He could do the same, but I suppose he's too lazy to do so.

DYK I don't know much about the property laws either??? We just don't want the hassle and liability of this trampoline, or the utility trailer that was there before it???

DYK I'm glad you all don't think we're obsessing over this??? And that it really is something that you would not tolerate as well???

DYK how old is Hayden?

DYK we are going to take Abby's training wheels off any day now (when it warms up enough to be outside again)?

DYK she'll be 7 in June?

DYK I think we'll actually leave them on, but move them up a bit so she can get the feel of them not being there, but if she leans over too far to one side they can still catch her?

DYK she just switched from a 3-wheel scooter to a 2-wheel one last week?
