I escape online, chat with friends, or listen to music.
I "deal" with stress with intense exercise.
I "escape" from stress by racing my car, bowling, going online, eating sushi or reading. (I have to add this to be honest..... having a glass or two.....).
I "cope" with stress by remembering to Face Everything And Recover.
Sometimes I handle it really well and sometimes I don't.
