dyk if you can get your DH to leave the computer at home, you are tougher than me!

dyk during the weekdays on vacation, John worked 2-3 hours per day

dyk he and I manage our work stress very differently; I can only relax if work is banished and he can only relax if he knows that work is being handled

dyk I try very hard to be understanding of that (even though it annoyed me to see him working) and he did his best to work when I was out hiking or something and he only asked me a "work-related question" once

dyk at least we didn't have cell phone access at the house; I would never have relaxed if I heard him talking about work stuff

dyk but do bring the DVD player; we had such fun watching DVDs at night.

DYK I'm glad you're home, safe and sound!

DYK my husband doesn't carry my key on his chain, either.

dyk, I'm not hungry when it's hot out?

dyk, I was always at my thinest during the summer?

dyk, partly due to not eating a lot, but mostly because I'd spend all day in the pool and not come out unless forced?

dyk, we got new mail boxes in my building?

dyk, there's now a "package" box that requires a key left by the mailman and I got one today? I was excited since I'm exciting 2 packages from amazon, one with a bunch of stuff for me.

dyk, the *fill in the blank* mailman left THE WRONG KEY?

dyk, now I have to wait until tomorrow to get my packages? Normally, this wouldn't be a problem, since they are actually early, but now that I know that they are literally 25 feet from me, I want them NOW.

dyk, they used to leave packages in these nice wooden "overflow" mailboxes but the condo association decided that they wanted new mailboxes, so new mailboxes we got?

dyk, these are the same people who think that dogs and cats make to much noise, so I can't have any pets? I still believe that even the loudest dog is quieter than the kids upstairs.

dyk, I realized today that it's been months since I've had fast food?

dyk, I stopped eating it was before SB and I don't miss it?

dyk, until this afternoon? I couldn't help myself, I snagged some fries from one of my co-workers...and about an hour later my stomach hurt and I had a headache.

dyk, Burger King doesn't smell as good anymore?

DYK obviously, you have never lived below someone with a dog that cries and/or barks constantly while its owner is gone.

dyk, no, I haven't lived BELOW a barking dog?

dyk, but I did live in the apartment next door to a guy with a dog that barked all the time?

dyk, I'll still take a barking dog over a crying kid any time?

dyk, I actually would never get a dog? I'm not home enough to give it the attention it needs, but 2 cats are a different story?

DYK in that case, can I send you the 2 dogs that live across the street from me?

DYK they bark incessantly the second I walk out my front door...or if anyone walks by...or if they see a bird...

DYK the people put them on their leashes right outside the front door, where they can see and react to EVERYTHING going on in the neighborhood! If they would put them out back (I know for a fact they have a huge deck *and* a walkout basement), they wouldn't have anything to bark at??

DYK I've been tempted to feed them a poisoned steak more than once (and I really *am* an animal lover)?
