DYK I hadn't planned on being gone *all* afternoon at the dr...I was going to grill some sort of meat and make a wheatberry salad, but it's too late for that now...
DYK we'll probably just end up with "breakfast"--eggs (spinach omelet for me), turkey bacon, & muffins?
DYK if we had DD with at DS' appt, I would have probably called DH and met him somewhere in town for dinner, but DD was at the neighbors, so it didn't make sense to drive all the way out here to pick her up, then all the way back into town?

DYK that I did cut back my salt this week too in my detox effort -- I had really, really loaded it on the past few weeks and thought my face was a little puffy
DYK now that I'm thinking about it, its the salt I want
DYK -- I'm going to go and get my serving of almonds, that should do it!
DYK I've only got 3 more days of my week of P1, so I think I'm going to push thru and make sure I'm where I want to be, and get my grain/fruit started on Monday

DYK I had an off month in July -- posted about it before w/DH's brain tumor, and got back on track this week
DYK today was day 4 -- did great all week, then all of a sudden tonight, possibly cravings.
DYK -- I'm not sure if I'm having cravings, or just want to crunch on crackers
DYK of any way to really know?
DYK I would crave crackers...it's the salty crunch that I sometimes miss!

DYK 15 almonds aren't that many, heck, only about 1/2 a handful
DYK oh well -- it was my previous eating habits that got me plump!
DYK so sticking to my serving size, and I gotta say, it was the salt I was craving -- it is yummy
DYK I put kosher salt on the squash that I sauteed tonight.
