DYK - If she is very into soccer, look for a backpack that holds a soccer ball and has side pockets for her cleats.

DYK - Most sporting good stores will have these as most name brand sports manufactures make them.

dyk that would be awesome for you to have someone to train with...I definitely think it will help me!

dyk my neighbor was saying that when she started running about a year ago, she'd walk one minute/run one minute.

dyk I have had my fair share of hip discomfort, so I can relate!

dyk I am curious where you are feeling the pain

dyk the guideline I was often given was to get it checked out if you have increased pain in the front, toward the groin.

dyk it's sad how far behind I am here

dyk it's the 4th, and I'm not even thru the first 100 dyk's for the month

dyk and I'm waiting to get a project to do here at work that will take away on-line time

dyk I thought things would be better once school started

dyk I'm less structured now than I was all summer

dyk I really need some time management assistance

dyk tonight I have 2 school open houses to get to, but at least the times allow for it not to be too hard

dyk I'll get home from work and pick up DD for her open house

dyk after rushing thru that one, I'll bring her back home and head to the high school for senior DS's open house

dyk I get to follow his schedule, so this one will actually last 1.5 hours or so

dyk his HS is one of three in a campus setting, and he has classes in all 3, so I'll get my exercise for the day walking between school buildings

dyk I'm glad the rain came last night and the temperature has cooled off

dyk I've witnessed the effects of food dyes on kids who are sensitive to them

dyk a friend from church used to have to keep the reds away from her youngest son

dyk now that he's older he's actually on meds for the ADHD

dyk I think if the diet aspect had been more closely monitored and adapted that may not have been necessary

dyk I'd never tell his mom that, though, because she'd take it as a comment on her mothering skills and it would go nowhere really fast

dyk I wish stamina were my problem

dyk after 3 kids I have a different problem when I try to run

dyk the only way to last any distance beyond a block or 2 would be to acquire some POISE

dyk I think I'll just stick to walking a 4mph pace, with very infrequent periods of jogging thrown in, mostly at the first part of the trek

dyk if there are any hints for my problem I'd love to *hear* them

dyk I'm sorry this is so late in coming (I'm just a little bit behind)

dyk I hope your visit with your grandma went well and she enjoyed the cookies

dyk I'm thinking and praying for you and your family -- that there will be strength when strength is needed, and peace when peace is needed, and that all concerned will get through in the best way possible

dyk 12 credits is practically a whole semester's worth (at least it was when I was in school)

dyk that's GREAT!

dyk DS2 has taken 2 AP classes in high school, and has 2 more this year

dyk if they score high enough on the College Board AP Exams in the spring, they can apply for college credit

dyk he got high enough scores on the first 2 he took -- one of which was his sophomore year

dyk he was actually invited to take that class based on his academic record as of 9th grade

dyk I have no reason to think he won't do as well on the 2 he has this year

dyk the cost of 4 AP Exams is less than the cost of one college class

dyk now it's just a matter of whether or not the college he's planning to go to will count any of the credits

dyk I think they will
