DYK I don't get a lot of cravings, but every now and then I will get cravings for a burger -- a GOOD burger, not like McDonald's, but Outback Steakhouse -- they have great burgers

dyk my sister is hosting Thanksgiving and I shopped yesterday for the things I needed to make and for food for the rest of the week?

dyk it was VERY crowded?

dyk unfortunately I have to run to Costco today? Lauren is coming home tonight and she requested bagels and smoked salmon for breakfast while she's home. The salmon at Shop-Rite wasn't appealing, so I'll get it at Costco. I think I'll have enough left over to freeze for Christmas morning too (a Christmas morning tradition in our house).

DYK I got a new "gadget" to help cook with on Thanksgiving

Its this crockpot buffet server thingy

http://www.target.com/Crock-Pot-Buffet-Cooker/dp/B001DIZ0H6/sr=1-14/qid=1227621432/ref=sr_1_14/184-2097074-8830304?ie=UTF8&pricerange=&index=target&field-browse=1038576&rh=k%3Acrockpot&page=3

DYK I didnt' get it at Target, got it at Costco it was $10 cheaper and its easier to return there if it doesn't work well

DYK I've wanted one of the buffet server things, but reviews are so mixed from people who love to people who say they barely keep the food lukewarm

DYK what I liked about this, it that the crocks are stoneware, so good for heat retention, plus you can actually cook in the individual crocks, like your regular slow cooker.

DYK Karen -- at Costco is the smoked salmon in the refrigerator section?

DYK when inquiring about WHAT I can possibly get my father, smoked salmon was one of the things!
