DYK I know this is a difficult time for both you and Keith; I hope you get him back mentally for your "date night" soon.

dyk Good luck!

dyk Several of my friends have been through the whole publish or parish process. Its really stressful.

dyk Maybe you can go to a female therapist? Can you ask your dr for a recommendation? Maybe they know a few with a different style/process?

dyk I am hoping the housing market turns in the next year or so. Right now, the market here is flat.

dyk Thank you for the offer to proof my resume. I hope I don't have to take you up on it.

dyk We are in the midst of the same "fight". I want to go on vacation but my MIL doesn't want me to take Emma out of the country. She will babysit her and if we move Emma to the day care by her work, she can drop her off and then pick her up. One on level, I know we could benefit from taking some time off but then I feel guilty for leaving her.

dyk We want to go to Boston and do some adult things like go eat the Blue Ginger. I know, really exciting.

dyk My MIL watches Emma for one night (she is trying to get two) a month. We don't clean - we don't talk about Emma - we just reconnect. Even if money is tight - we still do it. I think this saves us b/c it gives us something to look forward to with each other.

dyk The weather is finally cooling off and no more heat advisories so we can do some fun stuff outside

dyk We bought Emma a water table and its kind of biting us in the butt b/c she wants to be out there all the time

dyk We are going to buy zoo passes so we can take her

dyk I love fall the down here b/c we can finally get out and do stuff

DYK that sounds like fun!

DYK you could also take some fruit...an apple, banana, dried apricots; something that doesn't need refrigeration.

DYK - I've eaten at the Blue Ginger - twice, both times, I was not really impressed.

DYK- I was thinking a sandwich on the Arnold sandwich round things and some dried fruit already!

DYK- Just need to find good (SBD approved) dried fruit!

DYK- Tonight at the home opener game, I'll get more details, information, so I'll have a better idea of time frames and plans, and can then make an informed decision of what I'll need to bring!
