DYK No, haven't seen it yet, but I want to?

DYK It may be a few weeks before I can get to the movie theater?

DYK I tried Zoloft years ago and it did NOT help at all?

DYK I think I had all or most of the side effects?

DYK I drew the line when I absolutely couldn't 'O' while taking it?

DYK I don't think I have ever posted my stationary bike routine?

DYK What I have is a Schwinn airdyne, so you use both arms & legs?

DYK Anyway, if anyone is interested, I'll post what I do during my bike rides?

DYK Such a cute siggy, Jamie!

DYK Ok, here's my stationary bike routine?

DYK Just kind of fell into doing this, after thinking about what I could do to switch things up a bit?

First off, the electrical/timer part of my bike died long ago, before I got it, so I watch the distance to tell me when to switch up?

I start out for .5 of mile just pedaling, then I add alternating arms. At .8, I sprint for .2, generally I try to keep the needle between 3.5 and 4, but I have no idea how fast that really is. After the sprint, I'm back to only pedaling til I get back to .5 again. After each sprint, I give myself until .3 and then have some water. I keep my water handy so I can grab it easily. Each alternating mile, I sprint for only .1 of a mile. So I sprint for .2 miles on miles 1, 3, 5 and again on 6. Then I sprint .1 miles on 2 & 4, for a total of 1 mile of sprints over the 6 miles on the bike.

This really gets my heart rate going and keeps it going. I wear a heart rate monitor while I ride just to make sure I work hard enough and keep my heart rate up. The 6 miles generally takes me almost 26 minutes to do. And of course I'm always trying to better my time, so I'm always pushing myself a little harder.

DYK I hope that made some sense?
