DYK- I need to go home and prep my stuffing for tomorrow, and that's about it.
DYK- The bulk of the work, peeling carrots, potatoes, stuffing the chicken etc will all be done tomorrow.
DYK- No desserts to make/bake as Michael purchased all them homemade from the local vo-tech high school culinary dept.
DYK- Maybe I better think about doing some housework - floors, dusting, picking up clutter stuff...
DYK I guess that's the good thing about us ending up with no company:

DYK I took the recipe off the pie pumpkin last year?
Pumpkin Pie (off pie pumpkin)
Cut pie pumpkin in half. Remove seeds and bake covered with foil about an hour at 350-375 degrees. Remove pumpkin and mash.
1 cup sugar substitute
1/2t salt
1 1/2t cinnamon
1/2t nutmeg
1/2t ginger
1 ½ cup pumpkin
1 2/3 cup carnation milk (used fat-free)
1/2t allspice
1/2t cloves
9” pie crust-unbaked
2 eggs
Mix all ingredients until smooth. Pour into crust and bake 15 minutes at 450 degrees then reduce heat and bake 45 minutes at 325 degrees (until knife comes out clean).
It's legal except for the crust, which I don't eat anyway?
