DYK I would say 20 - 30 minutes to midtown, depending on traffic.

Dyk so far behind and trying to catch up?

Dyk Lindsy, so sorry that you are experiencing this difficulty in your marriage?

Dyk I can relate to a lot of what you are going through emotionally?

Dyk Keith is 8 yrs older than me? Not a big difference but, at the time I was starting my family with Tom, Keith and his wife were divoricing?

Dyk although he had custody of his children, he had an ex and other family members to help him out and take the kids every other weekend?

Dyk when Tom died I was fortunate to have a wonderful network of family to help with kids but, I didn't have an ex to relieve me every other week?

Dyk Keith's

dyk LOL this is not in the immediate future - not while we are renting at least. ;-)

dyk and if we got a horse, we are in an area that it is permitted, in fact across the street we could "board" the horse by paying a monthly stall rental fee.

dyk y'all did a lot of posting while I was gone -

dyk but I have no advice on the restaurants and new jobs ;-(

dyk I did buy a new printer today -

dyk there was one for $44 - great deal, basic printer but to get both cartridges of ink would have been more than buying ANOTHER $44 printer - which COMES with two ink cartridges!

dyk so I got the one step down $34 and the ink is only $13

DYK Thanks Joy.

DYK 30 minutes isn't too bad?

DYK Especially since I doubt we will be doing a lot of going back and forth?

dyk I just got an email from my cousin Jordan who is a deployed soldier stationed (4th deployment) on the Afghan/Pakistan border and he was talking about seeing olympic coverage and he's dying to get on his board (he's an avid and quite fearless snowboarder) and carve up the untouched snow in the region they are station at -

dyk he wrote:

You saw the pictures I sent so you know there are miles of untouched powder just begging me to carve lines through it. But as you seed boarding in all my gear will be tough. I have thought how cool it would be to set up a shooting range down the mouton and try boarding and shooting but that is a dream I don’t see myself realizing.

dyk and our neighbors to one side (it's just land) have horses there -

dyk our "area" of town even though we're in the middle, is not residentially "zoned"

dyk our landlord at one point has his DD's horses in our backyard (before we lived here)

dyk but yes the cows and chickens... haha

dyk this would all be acquired if and only if we had the appropriate space for it - something we would take into consideration when buying -

dyk we can still be "in town" but be out of the city limits and we can then do what we want
