DYK I have dropped about a pound this week, but I've been bouncing around the same 3 pounds forever, so I'm not counting it as a loss unless it drops even more?
DYK And at the same time, I'm getting back to my bike routine, as boring as it is sometimes...and adding the 30 Day Shred video at least once a week?
DYK We'll see what happens with this?
DYK I definitely don't want to count calories the rest of my life, but sometimes it does help to see where I'm at...you know?
DYK My only real vice foods have been some Vitalicious muffins (100 calories each), every now and then and a few leftover hershey kisses from my Christmas stocking?
DYK I have in the past used splenda brown sugar now and then, but have started using agave nectar for those recipes a lot lately?
DYK Today I had a couple of little 2 bite cakes off the chinese buffet table?
DYK But that was my weekly treat meal..and the rest of the meal was pretty good?
DYK Granted that was not legal, but we only do the chinese buffet once every 6 weeks or so?
DYK I don't feel my trouble is sugar...or even these few 'vice foods' every now and then?
DYK I have several subscriptions to recipe magazines?
DYK And most of those have articles as well?
DYK I do have a book stand to put on my airdyne, but I usually keep my hands on the handles (moving arms and legs at the same time), to maximize the workout and get my heart rate up?
DYK So for that reason, I have never put the book stand on the airdyne?
DYK I do listen to my music while I'm on the bike tho?
DYK As far as how Abi and Dek have acted, I would say they at least need a good talkin' to about that?
DYK I would tell them it is unacceptable behavior and if they want to have 'friend time' from now on, they had better never act like that again?

dyk that is exactly what Sean went and did - siting examples of the friends they wouldnot be seeing - including Abi's BFF Chase.
dyk I just did friend's 10pm sugar check - didn't even wake her up - I am that good, hehe, but it was only 109 which is great, however, her history shows that it will fall from there before 2am so I gave her 1 cup of white milk
dyk warm it up, use a straw and she didn't even "really" wake up when she drank it

DYK I am thinking about having a thyroid panel done, Jennifer?
DYK I am due for a 6 month checkup with my primary care dr this month and I was thinking of asking her?
DYK If not her, I will need to see my gyn sometime around mid-March and I'm sure she could do the thyroid panel as well?
DYK It wouldn't hurt, would it?
DYK What else should I be looking for in the way of symptoms if I am having thyroid problems?
DYK I've been working really hard to get off of medications and the last thing I want to do is have to add more?

dyk boring workouts are never a good thing.

DYK But Bruce is very happy at karate, so I would never ask him to quit that for going to the gym with me?
