Easter Help for Unmotivated Family

Good morning everyone,

I am looking for some ideas for this Easter. It is just the four of us (husband/step-father, two teens) so things can get a little boring. I plan to do the whole egg hunt (including doggy treat eggs for the dogs to find), cook, egg dying, cookie making, game board playing, probably even go to church. It sounds like fun to me, problem I run into is unmotivate 14 y/o. I can predict that when I call her out to participate she will moan and whine about it and would much rather be left in her room. I asked her if she had any friends that did not have anywhere to go that would like to come over hoping that would help get her looking forward to spending the holiday with us (usually goes to bio-dad's and has a lot of fun there).

I don't want to be a push-over and cater to her, but at the same time, I do want to make sure she is part of the day. It's important to me that holidays mean something to her and that both of my daughters grow up with a sense of tradition.

Does anyone have any suggestions to get my stick in the mud DD to loosen up and have some fun? I would appreciate any and all suggestions! Thanks!
