dyk ps: one night I tried to get him to choose a college program

dyk it ended up in a circular argument for 6 hours as he worried and obsessed about what-ifs...until he was a complete distraught mess.

dyk well my youngest son doesn't crawl into my bed in the middle of the night anymore!

dyk of course that makes since because he will turn 10 this summer....LOL

dyk but I never have anyone else in my bed, so whenever he wandered in during the night, he had lots of room in the queensize bed to just tuck in on the other side!

dyk the older kids always asked why I never told him to stop coming in and I said well, i doubt that when he is 10 he will still want to snuggle with mom

dyk sure enough..he doesn't...well he snuggles, just not in the night!!

dyk been up for over 2 hours and it's still not 6am yet...

dyk I have to be up no later than 8, but i wouldn't mind at least another hour or so...

dyk quick question before bed:

dyk does anyone have any good evening snack ideas that are non-dairy>

dyk I have supper around 6 and need to eat before bed at 11

dyk oatmeal for breakfast, fruit for snack, chicken and salad for lunch (or salad with chickpeas), bar for snack after workout (no south beach bars here but that equivalent) and then supper is usually chicken or lean beef with double veggies.....

dyk I really don't want to add more grain...cannot eat dairy...already eat tons of veggies....but like to snack on something....

dyk i may just go back to s/f popsicles =15 calories each because although they don't fill me up, they do stop me from choose other things!...

DYK I'm not a "before bedtime" snacker . . . . so not much help

DYK if you need protein, how about a lf cheese stick rolled in a slice of turkey?

DYK wouldn't have many calories, but some protein to keep you tummy good until morning?

DYK started walking the dogs this morning -- we've been bad this winter, so cold, a lot of snow and people aren't always diligent about shoveling their walks

DYK or they put harmful chemicals on them that burn the pads of their feet

DYK so we have been "off" our exercise, and the dogs have put on some lbs

DYK yesterday, stopped at the vet and someone we didn't know saw Thor and said wow, is he heavy

DYK -- UMMMMMM -- you could be a little nicer.
