I've suspected my dh has been not well and needed medical intervention--tests and treatment for quite a while.

I would guilt trip into going to the doctor myself-he needs to be there to care for your family, financially and emotionally. Its hard to say what the future holds without testing. They have made progress in so many things and we often fear the worst. A friend was convinced she had MS and yes, enough of the symptoms were there that she wasnt off her rocker but she was cleared of that last week. Still more tests in her future but it is likely something far less serious

Get him to a doctor

Financially? NEVER hurts to start cutting corners for the future-any future.

Life insurance-as someone said-is going to require a dr visit by 'our' age

Really there is something about men not wanting to go to the dr.
