Hmmmm - What do you think?

I saw a story about this website on CBS evening news last night. It's an online show about teen sex, and is very upfront and honest in a funny way. I've only watched a couple of minutes of a couple of clips, but it seems to promote information, not pushing kids to have sex or pushing them to abstain.

One kid on CBS said it was like "turbo charged sex ed class" lol And this cracks me up, the episode titled "Parents" says <> The woman who is the main star was a teen parent - pregnant at 18 the first time she had sex - so she has a "no holds barred" approach.
So, whaddya think?

I saw (heard) the same clip...I was fixing dinner and could hear bits and pieces.
I think it's a FABULOUS idea....parents (me included) tent to tiptoe around teen sexuality because it can be uncomfortable for everyone..........I personally do not believe in 'abstinece only' being a viable solution.....teens tend to not abstain if the desire and opportunity arises.....
I think teens deserve non-preachy information about sex, and all things related.
Opinions vary on this topic, even in my own family.
Personally I have always felt that a teen's decisions on how to approach their own sexual well-being and lifestyle are personal and ultimately their own to make.
I like it. I could certainly never talk to DSs about some of those things. The most I've ever told them was, many years ago, the basic facts about how a baby is born; and later, when they were teens, the emotional/respect issues and that they need to use protection.
It's presented in an entertaining way that will attract teens, that's for sure. It is right 'out there' though, nothing is held back, and I imagine there are some parents who wouldn't like that.
