Secondly, any and all documentation should have been saved and documented to the appropriate authorities.

mjaye, I completely understand your point, and agreed......words are words....but he'd been DEALING with words from this bully for a month or more.

I think that what is missing sometimes from the definition of "violence" is the concept that violence doesn't always involve an actual fist or foot hitting another person's body.
