"dyk Aaron filed for divorce yesterday.

dyk now we'll see how this is going to go.

dyk he's suddenly being nice. Hmmm."

DYK Well, I hope this doesn't sound callous, but at least you don't have to make that decision to stay or to go anymore?

DYK And my thoughts on the being nice...sounds like his lawyer told him to be, since he probably has already stepped over the line at least once?

"dyk in the grand scheme of using a loan to become debt free (other than our each one federeal college loan) $2500 is a small amount isn't it?"

DYK I think so?

DYK It could be a lot worse, Jennie?

DYK I think most couples have a period of time that it appears they owe almost everyone?

DYK I remember that it took us about 5 years after getting married to pay off my student loan and our wedding? (Bruce & I paid for our entire wedding...neither set of parents had the funds to do so? And we didn't have a grand wedding or anything, but that coupled with my student loan took time to pay off.)

DYK I actually think you're doing well, Jennie.

dyk I am trying to convince myself that we're doing well - haha

dyk this has just been a really big year already so far and we're still trying to save up for the family ski trip at Christmas - which seems far away, but when you need $2K for that as well (which all things considered a vacation to ski for a family of 5, 5 days including air fare that is a great price) and

we've already bought a new car...

bought two

dyk the key is that once you go through with the loan you have to be careful not to build up new credit card balances
