dyk hmm, there's an element of danger ion letterboxing:
There are hazards of letterboxing, such as poison ivy and creatures like snakes or spiders who tend to like the same crevices and cavities where letterboxes are often hidden. It’s usually best to use a stick to poke into crevices then reach in carefully for the letterbox. Also be sure to letterbox with a partner or let others know where you are going. Carrying a cell phone is also a good idea, although some letterboxes are located in areas without cellular service. Most importantly, use common sense to letterbox safely.
"DYK- Rebekah... We've been "Megan sitting" for a week now. UGH, it's not fun. How is your Maegan doing? I do have another parent doing the same for her daughter so we have been able to "tag team" this weekend, covering for each other and giving us some relief of sitting on them and being on top of where they are and what they are doing, just chores and baby-sitting the other girls younger sisters, sports and the like - it works that they are on the same soccer team. They were either at my house or her house! No phones, no computers...."
DYK Hey Sheila...we're quite used to 'Maegan sitting' around here? We've been doing that in some capacity for several months now...well, I guess since her first report card from this past year? All is pretty good right now. This was supposed to be her last 3 days of school (Mon-Wed) this week, but her teachers didn't really want her there. She wanted to go, but unless there was something she could do for extra credit, there was really no reason for her to go. And she couldn't tell us for sure that she would be able to do some extra credit work. Best we could tell, she just wanted to go to socialize with her friends a few more days. Instead, she took off with Bruce this morning for one of our customer's sites a few hours away. We've decided if nothing else, this is the summer that Maegan will find out what it's like in the real working world. There are lots of things she can help with around the office, so hopefully this will be a good learning experience for her...
dyk our weekend ended up being just fine! In fact, it went by really quickly!
dyk the older kids are napping
dyk Ellie is working on her morning diaper on her bassinet changing table... lol, wearing just a diaper watching the hummingbirds out the window where I set up her pack and play
dyk I jsut swept and mopped the kitchen and eat in area - AND THE FLOORS ARE ACTUALLY CLEAN!!!!
dyk I can't say I've been able to say that in years - hooray!!!
dyk I planted some vincas, roses and some other type of red flower this weekend. All said that they need full sun and are drought resistant once they get firmly planted in.
dyk I went to Lowes and they had the best prices on plants that I have seen.

DYK it looked like such a fun game!
DYK I thought about it because a mother at Tae Kwon Do is always surprising her daughter with new games to play while waiting during her son's class.
DYK It's still available to be bought and probably will be for quite some time?
DYK But we probably won't be doing any more games, at least for a while?
DYK We're focusing more on our core sets of software to bring in money right now?
