dyk could some of your blood sugar crashes be related to certain food choices? I find I don't get those yucky crashes if I eat a lot of small meals and if I eat a good amount of protein.

dyk I didn't have breafast b/c we had to get out the door or I wouldn't have enough time with ellie not nursing to get all the errands done
dyk then I ate two bowls of cereal and several reeces cups (bad bad I know but oh SO good) from 12-2pm

dyk I think that journalling your foods and reactions to figure out what works best is a great idea.
