dyk They didn't scheme the system. The deal was that my aunt/uncle moved in with to help care for them and they would get the house. But my aunt/uncle had to work during the day thus the need the nurse.

dyk My grandpa transferred the title to the house to my aunt in late 99.
dyk My aunt/uncle do live in the house along with them (now him). They pay the taxes.
dyk Its has only been in the last two years that medicare has starting paying for her nurse 100%. They got her an electric wheel chair as well.
dyk It was hard for my grandpa to do but it was only thing he had. The house is now my aunts and everyone in the family agrees that it should be hers.
