DYK I keep calling the baby by the top name on our list (in my head, not out loud)!
DYK we need to decide on this soon...I have a nickname and everything, which will not work if we don't go with this name! haha
dyk we could help you out with that name debacle
dyk I am very excited to see one of the names I suggested - some of them really roll off the tongue!
dyk we've been working on Abi's room - making curtains, arranging, switching the crib into that room with her - moving the big bed to Dek's room so he has his own space..
dyk..
dyk the company is in Plymouth
dyk we live in Plymouth
dyk MI
dyk not MA
dyk I'm thinking it's a travel situation as opposed to relocation
dyk travel may not be ideal but it's definitely preferred to relocating
dyk but we'll do what we have to, when we have to, if you know what I mean
<
DYK love the green fabric on the ceiling!
DYK poor Ellie- not the look of a baby happy with the move!
dyk thanks Destiny
dyk actually Ellie adores Abigail - it's just a funny haha to put captions under her crying pictures
dyk Ellie cried it out earlier -
dyk she got a little overstimulated and my post-migraine head cannot take the screaming of an overstimulated baby
dyk so I just laid her down in her cosleeper and shut the door
dyk first time to do that with her
dyk 10 minutes later she was talking, smiling and looking around
dyk 5-10 more minutes after that I peeked in - SACKED OUT ASLEEP
dyk I am quite proud of how I hung the fabric!
dyk those are 2 thin dowel rods, spray painted pink w/ thin strips of pink ribbon glued around each end
dyk I left a "tab" unglued and tacked that with a push pin (and hammered it haha my thumbs are not that strong) straight up into the ceiling
dyk so the rod "hung" down about 1/5 of an inch - just enough to slide the green fabric over it!
dyk it is then loosely tied around a long nail I hammered diagonally into the wall and push pinned for effect
dyk Abi and Dek are laying in her bed under the new curtains and fabric watching Casper
dyk it's so hot here again - heat index of 107 -
dyk if you move around at all - you break a sweat!
